GrowthGiant, operated by QAMY (Registration No. BN688240626, Ghana), offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with the Service, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your original order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, you can:

  • visit paddle.net and manage your order directly with Paddle;
  • or contact our support team via our contact page and we will forward your request to Paddle on your behalf.

Please include the email address used at checkout and your order or transaction ID so we can locate your payment quickly.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Paddle typically processes refunds within 3–10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.

Renewals & cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via Paddle at paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; you'll keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

After the 30-day window, subscription renewals are generally non-refundable, but we will always review individual circumstances (accidental renewals, service outages, billing errors) in good faith.

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us or Paddle first — we're happy to resolve issues directly and it's faster than a bank dispute.
